Your biomarker status may determine whether you are eligible to receive a targeted therapy, either as part of standard treatment or through clinical trials or off-label use .

Your biomarkers can also predict the outcome of a treatment and tell you how likely the prognosis of a treatment will be. It also provides information on whether there is a particular component of a treatment that may be more toxic than others. In this module, we will provide you with a list of potential biomarkers that have not yet been tested that may be beneficial to test for.

We do not offer genetic testing, but can help you find out where you can test for additional biomarkers.
